@ TheManicCoder
How many of those ports were released by Sony in the first year of PS4?
Sony put out 1 port in the same time that Nintendo has put out 5 - and that isn't even counting DKTF or the other ports already announced for this year. Unlike Nintendo, Sony also didn't charge full price for these ports - or $10 more than full price like with DKTF. The excuse that since the Wii U was a failed system doesn't hold either since the same peo...

Yeah, basically all this announcement is about is confirming that to Level 5 the 3DS is a legacy system and their IP that you would expect on it are now on the Switch from now on. They might still work on other IP for other systems.
The title for this article left out the second part of the quote - “Basically, in the future our main titles will all be released on Nintendo Switch. The idea is that what we have created for 3DS will move over to Switch.”
Level-5 might still make games like Dark Cloud 3 or Rogue Galaxy 2 for Playstation.
Killzone 2 is super hard now that the servers shut down yesterday.
Yeah, now 90% of them will be on the Switch instead of the 3DS. I wonder if we have seen the last of Professor Layton on 3DS?

Still not the same at all with the Vita and PS4 but good effort for trying. Not only were you able to completely ignore all the facts that I brought up but you even moved farther away from thinking that the Vita was abandoned early to force people to buy a PS4. The Vita wasn't selling well and that was the only reason they stopped making games for it. Sony did release the PCH-2000 model and Playstation TV in 2014 which further disproves your idea th...
The world where games such as God of War 2, Gran Turismo 6, LittleBigPlanet 3, MLB The Show, Titanfall and Forza Horizon 2 exist. Which world do you live in where you have never heard of those?
@ The 10th Rider
That isn't even close to being the same thing. First, the PS4 isn't the successor to the Vita. The PS4 replaced the PS3 which Sony, unlike Nintendo, fully supported the year it released as well as continuing to publish games for it after the PS4 released. Second, Sony also fully supported the Vita before the PS4 was released as well as publishing games for it after the PS4 released - something Nintendo almost NEVER does with its consoles or handh...
What would you call it when a company immediately stops making games for their previous system while moving the games they were making for the old system onto the new system exclusively?
Don't know. He is really bad at killing the player and the final showdown with him in this FPS is a quick-time event.
That's right - suck it Mario! Zelda FTW!
Not sure why you have to bring Sony into this. Everyone is excited that Zelda won Game of the Year at GDC. This is the first time in 15 years that a GDC GOTY winner has been playable on a Nintendo console and I think everyone, including Sony fans, are excited that Nintendo is finally making good games again.
"Like others said, Switch also took most software sold on top of this"
No, it didn't. Is it really that hard to read the NPD tweets? It says that Nintendo was the top publisher for sales, not that Switch was sold the most software.
"bi-monthly releases of first-party titles"
Unless the definition has changed, only releasing Kirby Star Allies for January, February, March, and April does not count as "bi-monthly."
Agree with the F-Zero comment though.
You really didn't read SharnOfTheDEAD's comment you replied to, did you?
Also, if you want to try to change this about third party being cheaper, name some first party ports on PS4 and XB1 that are full price.
Please name some of these full price ports on PS4 and XB1.
The Switch is selling well so Nintendo has no need to create a ton of new games, which is unfortunate for gamers. Nintendo did the same thing with the Wii and even the 3DS has become the home of ports, remasters, and cheap derivative games. The excuse that it is ok for all these ports because the Wii U sold poorly is weak since the same people want 3DS games ported over to the Switch.
I would like to get a Switch but since I have a Wii U there is nothing on the system tha...

That is pretty easy - Zune, Windows Phone, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Surface, Bing, every other Windows Operating system version. The only real success Microsoft has had after Windows has been XBox. Google has replaced Microsoft as the top search engine and email service and every time Microsoft challenged Apple they have failed. The success of Windows is what makes them one of the richest companies in the world. It has been downhill since then.
So you want people to judge the Switch as a portable just like the Vita was. Got it.
I do like how when something negative comes up the response is "Switch is a portable" but when something positive comes up its "Switch is a console."
