Jet packs were introduced in Killzone Liberation. Which was before Reach. Now I know that was a different style but it was in the Killzone franchise before Reach. Any so called journalist would do their bloody research.
That is the thing GG never claim to be the best FPS developers around. It is articles like this that give games too much hype. People make their own assumptions based on previews that goes for me you and journalists. If the masses choose to believe something is the second coming then fine but don't get upset when game reviews come and all is not perfect.
In other words don't get on the hype train!

I have quite a few games to go through on my DS still so I won't buy one just yet. Yes I know you can use them but I want to get these games done before I move on. Otherwise I will just buy 3ds games and not bother with the DS stuff.
As for the PSP2, well the first wasn't great for original games and the rest seemed to be portable PS3 versions but they never had quite the same impact. Hand held versions never really do anything for the storyline, once a game franchise...

No co-op online what the hell? I love KZ franchise but I was looking forward to hooking up with friends online. Not entirely easy for split screen when my friend who wants to play lives in Ireland. I love and hate you at the same time GG.

You would of thought this would be a substantial improvement given the shite KZ2 for lack of environment. I guarantee with all the refinements IGN will give it criticism for trivial reasons. Only an incompetent website such as videogameszone.de would put a wrong picture in. This website is awful, it always claims to have new unseen stuff and is usually crap or ripped from somewhere else.

Would be good to know why they dropped secondary fire, although the W.A.S.P has two modes but I think we can now assume it isn't on any other gun.
I have a feeling it is a balancing issue but then they could of easily dropped the shotgun and the grenade pistol and used them as secondary fire modes for the rifles.
I don't think adding weapons would suit a game like KZ. GG are striving for a balanced MP, I have to say COD isn't all that balanced.
I mean GG have tried to appeal to new players with quicker controls and now attachments for guns. There is no denying that they have perhaps taken a slight page out of a certain popular FPS book.

Judging from the clips the flamethrower is in the SP for sure as the troops have them. The bolt gun is mentioned in the trophy list. I think the multi-chamber grenade launcher is gone for good...possibly, no idea about the electricity gun. There may be a new gun in the story trailer at the forest scene there is a green beam that picks up a troop.
Nice to see an expansion of weapons from the limited beta and indeed KZ2. Reading the comments on the article I guess not everyone is impressed. I think the SP has some more to offer as well and I wonder if we will see more in the future?
