Spot on mate. I totally agree.
Yeah, you're right there peeps, I understand it's configureable as to how far to the edge the reticule can be before it starts to turn. But I'd rather the aim had nothing to do with controlling movement.
I reckon the Move will turn out to be really good, but a couple of things do trouble me and this is one of them:
Despite what people have been saying earlier in this thread, I believe the main controller should have an analogue stick on it as well as on the sub controller. I understand that you point the reticule against the edge of the screen to turn, but this is not an elegant solution. You need to be able to aim and turn at the same time in order to make a first/third person s...
Personally, my beef was never with the Wii's motion tech, it felt pretty good and added many new dimensions of gameplay. However, with the lack of grunt the machine had and lack of games with any real depth, I wasn't impressed. IMO, two decent games in 2 years is laughable and for this the Wii deserved to be laughed at.
With Sony behind this and from what I've seen so far in terms of accuracy with the device; Arc will be superb.
This is superb news. I'm really excited about the possibilities with this now. This tech was wasted on the Wii; I was sorely disappointed that the Wii didn't utilise the technology in an engaging enough way, with games seriously lacking depth. Although the Wii did give us a glimpse of what was possible with the tech in games like Zelda and Mario Galaxy.
I'm sure Sony will accomplish what Nintendo failed to deliver. Imagine the possibilities with Sony and their developers at the h...
waving in the breeze, I see the nice lighting effects. So why does it look so sh!te?
You mug!
Why do people swear by Microsoft? I just don't understand it. Why is there a single 360 Fanboy in existence? They must be a bunch of total muppets, who refuse to believe that Microsoft is bending them over at every opportunity. Why do they feel the need to protect Microsoft?
In the UK you can pick up a 1 Terra Byte (that's 1000 GB) external drive for about £60.
This is Microsoft sticking their fingers up at 360 owners - yet again. And I bet 360 Fan boys still ki...
I wonder why this is happening this year. Last year, on March 1st this didn't happen - why this year?
By the way February 2012 does have 29 days so I wonder what will happen then...
Damn straight...
Yeah that's more like it.
This is a list of 5 very average games by 5 very average developers (apart from MGS). If these games dominate E3, then E3 this year will be very disappointing. Nothing to see here - move along.
This guy makes fair points. He's not a fan boy. Good article.
Man, that's funny!
When I first heard about this earlier in the year I thought it was unachievable and that it would be crap. But after seeing this it really does makes sense and looks suprerb. Can't wait to see more of this - Cloud gaming is the future.
Gears of War 4 in 2011, Gears of War 5 in 2012. Oh and don't forget "Halo Reach", then "Halo Reach Further" followed by "Halo Reaching For My Head Up My Ass" after that.
Jeez, don't you Xbox guys get bored with the same regurgitated rubbish?
What self respecting PS3 owner really gives a toss about Gears being on their machine. Forza 3? Maybe... But only until GT5 is released. To be honest I have too much to play through as it is!
What PS3 owner really gives a Fvck about Gears??? Forza maybe but certainly not gears.
Updated version?... Errr what did they update?!?
*A warm sense of nostalgia waves over...
