(sic)"if video games is polygons, and polygons is emotions is real people, then next gen is going to be even more realistic than real life."
I could have used a few.
I see your point and as a PS fan I am still on the fence as far as supporting Capcom is concerned.
I thought it would likely be over 4GB, but didn't expect 8gb GDDR5, the custom bus configuration, etc. ;]
But yeah there was a point when I thought they might have went with 4GB and you are mostly right.
I take most of what they say witha grain of salt in general.
Yes, they " haven't announced any dlc schemes yet", as you put it, so I will wait and be cautious.
There was no "hate" in my post.
So, I hope you're not including me in your "fools" insult, because that would seem ridiculous anyway.
I will wait and see what they are up to first.
I am giving then a chance to redeem themselves, but not automatic redemption. As gamers we have to vote with our wallets and make sure companies operate with integrity. If they genuinely change for the best then I will be very happy for them. Until then I will just be a little bit wary of what they are offering up before I jump on the hype train.
Some people might think that money had a lot to do with why it was the only console on that list though :]
So Capcom makes an online-only game that looks kinda like dark souls and now they are trustworthy again....
It's funny the posts on here show just the kind of emotional reaction they were looking for. Creating "controversy" just like you said.
They aren't really much worse than other news organizations, only more blatantly ridiculous.
IGN possibly would've given it a 10/10 even if it was a 8/10.
That doesn't mean it is a better game than TLOU just look at GTA 4 scores.
Any word on when that sexy white Vita is coming to the US/EU, etc.?
I thought we already went over this.
Looks like IGN is aiming for some of those sweet Kotaku hits.
I'm getting a PS4 and don't really care what your editor thinks.
As usual most people don't see what's going on right in front of their eyes.
Oh and lol @ Kotako.
That high resolution hero :(
The issue of putting graphics first has been around for a while.
A large enough, talented team can create technically supurb visuals and still make a great all around game.
But, it's true that the emphasis on graphics has taken away from gameplay in many cases, and this could be avoided.
When all the games are near "photo realism" and this technical aspect is achieved easily by many, there will be nothing to compete about (in this area) and we mi...
I would love to play a proper Socom or Socom remake on the Vita :]
Maybe they will lay off some employees and "westernize" some more games. It's worked soooo well.
Because it is just what I appreciate as a gamer, ignoring your own people and then the fans that made you successful in the first place. /s obviously.
I really don't mean to sound bitter but I saw a lot of things I didn't like this console generation.
There may still be hope yet though.
Lot of people defending the bone all of a sudden. My hats off to their marketing team.
Too many people bitching about graphics on here though imo. If graphics will be such an important factor maybe you should be playing a different game anyway.
