I’m glad it wasn’t, but that’s because I game mostly game with my wife (depending on the game) and when I get into photo mode I have a difficult time breaking away from it lol. And she just wants to play haha, which I get. But it was (for me) to just play the game - Ragnarok along with her, not having photo mode available and to just simply play the game without photo mode as a distraction for me, which it 99.9% of the time it is in the beginning.

FINALLY!

Oh, how my wife got annoyed as I kept saying “WOW, Babe, you know, I could really capture some magic with photo mode in this place” I said it so much…

Now, to text her and tell her what I’ll be doing later this evening, it’ll be great😄😂

Capture some awesome stuff, everyone!

So true. PS5 has exclusives. And the future is looking bright with more to come in the not too distant future.

What a great future PS5 will have!😄

That’s what I’ve told a friend of mine. “You can just do/stick to the main story quest (s) if that’s what you prefer, and you’re getting an amazing experience. But the side questions are optional and add more story, development to the characters and their backstories while also giving the player some more game time in there.” It’s all up to the individual. You aren’t required to do side quests by any means.

Agreed. A masterpiece, like 2018’s game. Incredible in its achievements and offerings, having very few faults. A master class of art.

Yeah, at least we still have the remake…😄

I’m trying to be appreciative, knowing we have that Dead Space Remake coming still. But damn, this disappointment sucks lol.

Yeah, I’ll never forget what they pulled…

Clearly not.

“Just don’t bullsh*t us again with fake videos and be sincere.”

I agree with you on that. Not just this though, but I think the better option for the studio, when they do reveal it to ANYONE who’s not within the studio themselves is have it be a “World reveal” of some kind, not that stupid “Behind doors” nonsense that they did with 2077 and Avengers, we know how both games have turned out in the end! I’d also say along with that, that would benefit them, because we (the pub...

The Quarry isn’t worse, not at all. The Dark Pictures continues to fail release after release, sadly.

Supermassive Games is a talented team, who did craft an amazing game with Until Dawn. It’s just unfortunate they didn’t continue that success with their follow up games, minus The Quarry, which is less interactive than Until Dawn, which is a bummer and hurts it, but it’s still a thrill and an amazing game!

I like what I see. Here’s hoping there’s a great variety in the moves variation between all the wrestlers on the roster, especially considering it’s not going to be big like the WWE 2K games.

I hear ya on that one, can’t wait for my PSVR2 as well.

Yeah, I can see how they’d miss that factor as well, and knowing the direction Microsoft is headed, it doesn’t look like any Xbox-centric gamer will be receiving VR gaming in their future, which is a shame. They’ve got the MP online (which is good fun) but the exclusives are missing, the same rinse and repeat games from the same few franchise or just nonexistent new iPs for the most part.

Yet, here...

Of course, nobody’s required to upgrade but knowing - regardless of the game being cross generation, that the PS5 version is the better/best version to play, it’s worth it to many out there.

Ragnarok is a masterpiece of art on both consoles, it just so happens that this incredible work of art is showcased at its best and better overall on the PS5.

Yeah, it feels similar to 2018’s game, no doubt. But as you said, that’s not a bad thing. Not at all. I know some criticized the game for feeling the “Same” but I wonder why some expected another BIG leap in the gameplay department from 2018’s game which is only 4 years old… I mean, looking at The Last of Us and The Last of Us Part 2 I can see why there’s such a similar look/feel in some sense, but also a drastic change to the gameplay overall that has them look worlds apart - of course, bein...

Yeah, I loved and still do love 1-2 still. But I couldn’t go back either.

I didn’t intend on getting the platinum trophy for this game -granted, the wife and I are playing it together, so it wouldn’t be solely me getting all the trophies in the game to begin with, but as we’ve gotten further into the game we both have the desire to see it through to the platinum trophy, surprisingly. This game just oozes immense quality across the board that we want to SEE and DO all it has to offer.

Yeah, those side quests are such a joy to play - my wife is playing through one - I’d go into detail, but ya know, spoilers lol.

941d ago 6 agree0 disagreeView comment

Lol, oh man, what a difficult day that must be for you…hang in there tho, it’ll be worth it once you get home and pop that game in to your console🤯😄

I hope you love the game!
