Has anyone here played it? It looks interesting but I'm not sold on it yet.
You won't get an argument from me :]
I wonder when it comes to the usual cease and desist if they could just realease it as a torrent.
I'd love to see an unapologetic politically incorrect Bully Remake or better yet a sequel.
Talk about not flattering yourself. I don't think this game is exactly on anyone's must-have list.
Hades has definitely been one of the best games I've played this year.
If I have one memory of HL2 that stands out above all others it was when you got your grav gun upgraded near the end so you could grab enemies. It gave me that same level of excitement and chills I got from Super Metroid when the metroid gave its life to super charge Samus at the end so she could murder Motherbrain.
I didn't like the 3rd person ones but then again they are totally different games. There actually was a PvZ2 but imo they butchered the formula making it a f2p game. I still to this day go back to the first game every once in a while.
A 3rd one is also in development.
Agreed. Despite the annoying hipness of the characters in part 2 I thought it was a really fun game. I was extremely disappointed and surprised at how many steps back they took with Legion. You'd think it was made by an entirely different team. Or was it?
It was just so devoid of fun.
That mode was so damn fun. Couldn't believe it when they ditched it.
I wish I could go back in time and show stuff like this to the 80's kid me so I would slap adult me and call myself a damn liar.
True. Dead Space, Resident Evil and The Last of Us are games where I go out of my way to get killed just to see the various deaths.
Sounds absolutely morbid saying it out loud. =)
It's just too bad it doesn't take even more influence from L4D and have a pvp mode where the enemy team is made up of aliens. There's been some good mp avp games in the past buy none have ever totally nailed it.
That would make me absolutely sick to my stomach having a game destroy a 3090. The fact that it's a generic looking mmo just adds to the sting.
"It's just a cool piece of tech"
That right there is what made me immediately want it. Signed up for the 512gb version like you. Can't wait
With the Steam Deck you have a lot more as you put it, light gaming options. There are a lot more light gaming options on Steam than they're are AAA games.
I know exactly what you mean too because I don't want to dive into something like Zelda or (if it was a thing) The Last of Us 2 on my lunch.
I just use mine to play xcom2 (for the millionth time) on my work lunches. Having the Steam Deck would blow my options wide open.
Looks pretty fun. Going on my backlog. Still have to finish Ratchet and Clank!
Nice TV! I've got a 65" lg c9 that I'm using. I went from a no HDR sub 4k LCD TV to an oled lg c9 and man it blew me away.
Anyways, how are you liking the oled? Come from lcd or something a little better?
Projekt Red could take some pointers from it as far as redemption goes.
