I thought reviews had a set criteria and were in no way meant to be based on opinion. I don't care about the reviews in any way if anyone is asking. I am just responding to the multiple comments about it being an opinion.
If they want relaxing then they should pass on this one.
The mall had me frustrated as hell. I am a father and I would flip if my son ignored me like that. And wtf with all the people getting in my way at the least opportune time? GAHHHH!!!
The only option you don't have there is no ignore the body. It would only make sense to at least look at it though. You are a F.B.I. agent investigating a crime scene. And you don't have to look twice. But you can. You can also ignore the train tracks, the hill, the gate, the coffee, the angry cops, and the reporters.
It's cool that you like things because other people like them.
I know that you guys are all into the "competition breeds advancement" stuff. But stop for a second and think. When did Sony start making games in response to other games? Do you seriously think that Sony said "Make Killzone 2 right now and make it really cool. You have 6 months! GO!"? Lots of things are improved by emulation, yes. PSN is changing monthly to better mimic XBL. But to think that PS3 was made in response to Xbox360. . . Games were made better only to get the ...
So here is my question. Where does Sony figure into all of this? I don't see how mentioning them in any way qualifies or quantifies ANYTHING about Xbox/360 in relation to Microsoft as a whole. I do understand that this is a "gamer" website. But this article wanted to be about Xbox and Microsoft. And while one pov pointed to PS3 and Wii, the overwhelming tone is Xbox and Microsoft.
But it does seem as if next-gen just got here. Going by the recent game releases and the move to 3d/camera control, that is.
If I were to compare the hardware failures to a deadly disease/virus. . .
YLOD = Kuru: It really sucks but not many are going to get it.
RROD = HIV: Just wait. It's gonna die. Trust me.
People may cheat on PSN. But how often is a video uploaded to YouTube that shows just that? You can count on a millipede's toes how many Xbox videos are up for just MW2 alone.
@gintoki777
Let us wait for the multi-plat Metal Gear before we say anything. If they can make 30+ gigs of MGS for 360, then Sony should look into "locking" it down.
They decided to put it on DVD.
As said before: Don't give out mics. I don't want to hear n****r or f****t more than I already have to.
You can already do cross-game invites. Cross-game chat seems a bit strange to me. Probably because I haven't used it. But I have had people call my phone while I was in the middle of a game and it pissed me off. Leave me the hell alone while I play my game.
I got nothing for the third point. Not quite sure how the service looks and I don't plan on paying any mo...
Totally right, Shamam. Sony had better hurry up and make some good games for a change. They're gonna have a hell of a time competing against the Xbox360/Wii line-up this month. Heavy Rain, God of War3, and even the "premium" version of FFXIII are coming out for those systems and not PS3. Sony doesn't stand a chance wasting time on PSN.
Did the other Splinter Cell games go to PS2? And is Ubisoft a Microsoft sub-division?
Compared to what on the PS3 exactly? I didn't read anything here that PS3 players had to install 18 gigs of anything anywhere.
I bought the PSEye/toy for PS2 and PS3. They have tons of mini games that have you doing the same exact thing as the Natal videos show. Kids will love it until they get tired or realize that anything else would be much more fun. Adults will love it when they're drunk until they realize being drunk and doing nothing is a lot more fun than jumping around like an idiot. Mini games. We get it. I'd love to see some of the other applications of the Natal already.
As someone commented before. . . People that care about Halo already have a 360.
You can buy phones now that don't do half of what you just listed for that same price.
But it feels soooooo good to laugh at a machine. Especially when they cry. It makes me a cooler person because now those stupid machines know who's boss. Yeah!
