I agree. It doesn't make sense to judge a meal by the first course. Since this is only the first half of the dlc that our $20 purchased, it only makes sense to me to withhold final judgement until the last part is released. However, I do think some criticism is justified. I think most of us wanted extra story lines with both releases. Wouldn't you agree that, that would be preferable to the Master Trials? And some of the features, like tracking Link's steps and a hard mode are usu...
I'll admit I'm not in a hurry to buy this dlc. When it was first announced I was a bit skeptical about the seemingly lack of content. However, I am going to withhold judgement until the final piece of dlc is released later this year.
The Switch has at least one major release every single month for the rest of the year. Droughts have always been Nintendo's #1 issue. If Nintendo can keep up with a steady flow of releases they will do well this time around, which is a win for everyone.
While I thought Nintendo did well, I don't think this was one of their more memorable showings. A 30 minute presentation with more of the same (not a bad thing per say, just not a lot of surpises). Mario Odyssey looks great, but Metroid Prime 4 and the Pokemon RPG didn't have any footage, otherwise they could have stolen the show. Sony's conference was safe, but overall better imo, especially with all of the VR support announced.
Not that it's a contest to me. I...
I love to see Sony getting support for PS VR. Let the good times roll.
Last summer was the first in many years where i didn't buy a single thing during the sale. This year I am not even looking at it. I just have too many platforms and too many games in my backlog to justify buying anything at this time. And since they removed the flash sales, well the sale has lost some steam, pun intended.
I think this is a valid critique. If I lost my game save for BOTW, well that would hurt. Nintendo makes good systems with amazing games, but in certain regards they are still playing catch up when it comes to giving fans the features that have become standard operating procedure with the other 3 platforms.
I too am Mexican. And I've never met a Mexican who gets offended over things like this. Hey SJW's, we're not so weak and sensitive that we need people to speak up for us. Thank you.
It doesn't change the fact that the PS4 is a system that still produces incredible graphics and amazing games. But it is a system that is based on five year old components at this point. It's not taking a shot at the PS4; facts are facts. The comment was an objective observation, not a criticism.
So, who clicked on this just to see the boobies?
The trailer didn't show a lot of game play. It looks like a first person game. Is this in the walking simulator genre or is there more to it?
Good price for Dragon Quest Builders
I don't think there are as many people offended by this game as people think. I know some fundamentalist Christian types, not the creepy ones, but just regular folks. And they were laughing at the cover art and making jokes. The Internet likes to blow things out of proportion.
Hey, what 4k tv's are you gamers using? I was thinking of picking up a 4k 65 inch Sony model: XBR-65X850D. I'm just curious what models N4G subscribers are using. I don't want to spend more than $1500 US.
Saying other people liked it is not an argument. That's like saying you tried Christianity, couldn't find God and ultimately abandoned it, but oh wait it works for all these other people so um it's valid. Until you've sat down and spent time with PS VR you cannot defend it based solely on testimonial evidence.
It's one review that has raised some serious concerns. No reason to blindly accept the criticism nor blindly defend Sony from it. Don't be a...
Big fan of this franchise. I'm really looking forward to Exodus. Metro had a nice balance between FPS, horror and survival. I hope Exodus pushes the game further into a survival game sorts of like Dying Light. Games like that are such a wonderful time sink.
