All that GPU power means nothing if the CPU can't power it. Which it clearly can't.
Can't take advantage of a GPU without a good CPU but you don't need a good GPU to take advantage of a CPU.

It's not going to get 1070 performance. A 1070 is capable of getting gears at 60fps or 55 average with ultra settings. Just look at the benchmarks. It's not even close.
I really don't understand. One moment they claim it's a 1070 with 16gb of ram then it's a 1080 with 8.
They clearly don't understand the tech. The card alone doesn't magically make 8 gigs like 16.
