It's been revealed that Helldivers 2 is Sony's fastest-selling game ever, beating the record previously set by god of War: Ragnarok.
Operating under the username BigKahuna_AGS, Jorjani created a lengthy thread on the Helldivers subreddit to introduce himself to the community following his appointment as CEO in early May.
The latest US sales data is out, and while hardware may be down for the big 3, software is ruling the day, including Stellar Blade topping the charts
Must be weird for Xbox fans to see Sea Of Thieves at number 4 on the NPD charts
Well, would you look at that Sony! Guess there’s an audience after all for this stuff.
I wonder where the change from "NPD" to "Circana" ranks on the chart of lamest rebrands? And yes I know it changed awhile ago it just annoys me every time I see it.
Ksenija writes: "Helldivers 2 Players are still riding on the waves of victory after completing the previous Major Order. What can we expect from the new one?"
250 hours in and I can't get enough
It's not a first-party game though. Is it really too much to expect these low-rate websites to have the bare minimum of knowledge about the topic that they write about?
This reminds me of the hoops that some diehard Nintendo fans would go through to claim a game (like Bayonetta 2) is first-party just to say Nintendo is pumping out games.
That's insane! Congratulations Arrowhead! Be good if Sony did buy them, they could work closely with Housmareque and they could both help each other with projects, that'd be good to see
lol and everybody complained about multiplayer games as a service. "no thanks! single player story games for me, thanks!".
well... proof is in the pudding. most people love a good proper competition, and if it comes in the form of a great, addicting game then that's even better. this is that game. this is the exact reason publishers are pushing for GaaS. I personally am fine with it. There's space for all types of games, and I love a good multiplayer romp. some of my best gaming memories are from MP, and HDII is no exception.
