it just gets better and better, can't wait for this game

ATi_Elite5009d ago

come on please do not take away from Metro's brilliant SP experience by wasting time with a MP!

MP glued on to every dam game is so cliche that's it's annoying!!

I'm glad they are making more wide open levels (They need to really just go the STALKER route) but the MP aspect is depressing.

" please do not take away from Metro's brilliant SP experience by wasting time with a MP!"

...or making it for consoles. I really hope that doesn't effect it.

Quagmire5009d ago (Edited 5009d ago )

MP shits on gaming these days. Just another amazing SP experience hampered down to cater for the brainless masses. THIS ISN'T CALL OF DUTY OR BATTLEFIELD.

This is an atmospheric, emotional, exhilirating post-apocalyptic stealth/horror/fps set in Russia, 2033.

And not for making it for consoles? Eh...2033 was made for 360, and whilst they did make it for the 360, the PC looked better, so obviously developing for consoles dont automatically mean the PC version will suck.

But the only thing I am a bit worried about the first is some said the ammo could be. Issue along with running out of battery for your torch. But I am really looking forward to this one and what the heck I will pick up the 1st one new too to support the devs too many games too little time

I had no ammo problems even while playing on the hardest difficulty. If you like playing stealth shooters you will have no problem too. And as for your torch. In the first mission they give you a battery charger. If people didn't pay enough attention to learn how to use it then that is their problem.

Metro Video Game Series: A Comprehensive History

The Metro video game series started with a humble b-list title, before building a strong fanbase and becoming a pioneer in the industry.

Never got into Exodus, but 2033 was excellent.

kevco33498d ago

Yeah, Exodus just didn't grab me either, sadly.

I absolutely loved 2033 and Last Light, however. Played them both on 360 and then again with the remasters!

anast498d ago

I just started it and it is already miles better than the first 2 which are dated.
