Many were wondering if PlayStation 3 Move would receive attachments and peripherals much like Wii and its remote did. Slowly, these attachments were released. Funny enough, the peripherals being released seemed to almost tease that PlayStation Move was in fact more mature and that it wouldn’t be another Wii. Mostly, gun attachments and peripherals have been released and the Move Sharp Shooter is the latest of these.
A group of surgeons made headlines after they managed to perform an endoscopic procedure on a pig located in Hong Kong by using PlayStation controllers. It involved the use of a PS5 DualSense controller as well as a PlayStation Move controller.
That's really cool. It's crazy something like that is possible with gaming controllers 1000's of miles away.
Air Conflicts: Secret Wars debuted in 2011, and later updated for modern consoles. However, it's the PlayStation 3 edition that stands out.
Sony's PlayStation Move may not have been able to contend with Nintendo's Wii, but it paved the way for PlayStation VR's success story.
Lack of games that proved the concept that 3rd parties could then copy en masse?
Because it was a uninspired ripoff of the Wii controller without the Nintendo library to back it and didn't try to put any real effort into development such as getting their top developers to make games for it and instead gave tech demos disguised as games to their least talented developers so the best can focus on single player only games.
Socom, killzone, resistance and tiger wood 14 were great with the move but agree lacked more games.
I've never played KZ3 without it & never will! I've never had to use the move button on the actual move stick & the "RL" reload button works fine. 6/10 is a tad harsh in my opinion! I wouldn't go less than a 8/10, but what do I know!?
I'm tempted to get this when that Socom bundle (Socom + Move + Nav + Eye + Sharpshooter for $150) is released.
From what I've heard from people on CheapAssGamer, it works pretty well.
Wow. This guys a douche. Dead Set.
For starters you never have to use the move button on the Move controller. The button on the gun works fine, I dont know what he's talking about.
And who holds the gun by its magazine. Holding the Nav feels perfectly natural. And forget the RL button. The pump action is sooooo much more satisfying.
And no, the gun doesnt need sights. Its not a lightgun. It doesnt shoot exactly where your pointing. Think of it more like a lazer pointer where you watching the screen and moving accordingly. Looking down the gun is a good round about way to be on target but the cursor is crucial for exact aiming.
My only gripe would be, I wish there was a calibration button without having to go into the menu. Occasionally it goes a bit out of whack and a one button touch (like Tumble) would be awesome.
PS
I've never played KZ3 with a DS3 either. Played it with the Move, it was great, Played it with the Sharpshooter. Much better. Its feels great, the trigger is great, the gun has a nice weight, it rumbles with the move, plus mine is red without the crappy orange stickers.
If you're still undecided, think of it like this. Would you play GT with the DS3 if you had a good wheel? Well you wouldnt play a FPS with a DS3 either once you got used to the sharpshooter.
I only wish Crysis 2 was supporting it.
I read DUCK HUNT & I thought this was sooo wrong. Call me fascist, but the sharpshooter for me know is a must have. It feels great once you get over your dual shock upbringing LoL. Accuracys excellent (with the exception of my inability @ times) treat yourself I get this. It's a must have in my book of gaming. ; )
