Why did the other review claim it was poorly optimized, and mark down for it, this PC in this review is pretty mediocre.

The only problem is that I have seen only 2 reviews. First from an Xbox magazine/publication and now from a website I am totally unfamiliar with. I wouldn't get my hopes up. I'm not saying it's going to be bad, but we are only 1 day before its release and it has only 2 reviews. Not a good sign.

IMO Metacritic is crap because of all the biased sites. I'll be waiting for IGN or Gamespot like i mentionned above. If this game scores anywhere in the 8's (low or high) it's mine! Anybody know how many hours this game will take to beat?

As for the reviews coming out late. This game came out of nowhere. It has/had no hype behind it. I've seen this happen to many games before in the past. Late reviews don't mean squat when it comes to what score they'll receive.

Can't say I hold too much faith in a metacritic score, I prefer a few reviews from sites I can trust really. Besides, the only review that counts in the end is your own. I like the look of this game so far from what I've seen though, so I'll probably pick it up anyway.

Do these people not know what atrocious means? If it got a 9/10 that word shouldn't be anywhere near this review. I should've known not to expect much credibility or intelligence from anything with spanish in the name of the website.

I can see that as a way to describe the game play.

Atrocious: Exceptionally bad, abominable, horrible. The only time it means "wicked, shocking or brutal" is if you're talking about a crime/something that happened. Brutal or shocking would've made more sense. The only reason I mentioned it is because starting a review with atrocious would usually mean that the game is complete garbage (Ex. Rogue Warrior) but then they give it a 9. Poor choice of words.

like S.T.A.L.K.E.R if this game gets anywhere from 75% and up on metacric it means it's a must buy.it would mean it really gets high 80's then, many of the western publications would rate this bad for some small mistakes, I believe this game is more than the sum of its parts and should therefore be judged according to what it is, and not to games you think it should be.This is a game that will propably try new things but therefore open itself up to attack for hard sections or some annoying mechanics.
