P2 walks away from this car crash sad and disappointed. The once great name of Need for Speed has seen better days.
After nearly three decades of NFS games, here's a list of the best Need For Speed titles that have ever been released in the past years, ranked by The Nerd Stash.
Best NFS in my personal opinion
Highstakes, Hotpursuit 2 and Underground, Mostwanted, The Run.
Rest of those titles are Junk,Crap, disappointing.
The white-knuckle racer and supernatural horror adventure join the lineup October 6.
I absolutely loved Vampyr. It's an underrated gem. The combat can be kind of clunky, but the story, characters, setting, abilities, and everything else is great.

I just bought this game for like 35$ and I will say i'm enjoying it. Although they stole soo many aspects from Ubisoft The Crew. The game is like the crew but with better handling models... I learned about 8 years ago (when I started my game design degree) to have 0 expectations buying games and try to extract the vision of the developer from the game itself. The drag racing takes me back to NFS Underground, but with more flavor. I never put NFS 2015 back in my ps4 after the drag patch was implemented so i don't know if it's the same. However, the game seems pretty solid to me. I don't like the whole gambling on your part you get. But that also was taken from UBISOFT: The Division when you roll your weapons, the only difference is, they let you see all of your options on NFS. I do see that it is geared towards MT, but then when you look at most games nowadays they all are geared to MT. If we come together as a gaming community and DON'T BUY IT, then they will see that it's a useless feature and waste of development hours, but that's not the case so alot of games now and in the future will have this feature implemented, much like mobile apps with in-app purchases. You either grind to get it or you pay to get it fast.
NFS has always been "CHEESY" when it comes to story lines, every game had some lame story, even MW story was lame. the only take away I have for this that really hurt me was no free-roam cops. I believe they'll implement this in a patch later, but also, not having them allows me to progress through the game at a faster rate. I'm not dreading the cops when traveling from one point to the next, sometimes I didn't want to be chased but had to endure a 5 minute chase because i accidentally hit a pedestrian in front of a cop...
I'd say the game is maybe an 8/10 for what it is.
