uncharted LL might be the last uncharted from naughty dog, which is a big bonus. let's just appreciate a great game from a great series by a grear developer, and hope that there will be many more to come

There are around 125 million active Steam accounts; more than double the PS4 userbase, and these are supposedly the retail only sales of Uncharted TLL. If you wanted to make a direct comparison, you really didn’t do your argument any favour.

It's fun to gauge sales this way, but with sales for this game, one would have to factor in physical sales, digital sales and how many people bought the season pass for Uncharted 4 that ended up getting Lost Legacy for free.

Pretty solid numbers when you consider this started out as a DLC. If it has similar sales legs to UC4, it should be able to sell 3+ million, easily in its lifetime.

Those are good opening sales for a spin-off game but to date it is struggling and does not seem to have the desired legs to carry it forward. Last week it fell out of the top 10 on the UK charts after only 5 weeks at retail and out of the US top 10 two weeks prior already. Some of the retailers here in SA predicted 2 million sales before the end of the year, thats not going to happen, not even close. After its first week at retail it had a huge 70% drop in sales and was in rapid decline from there on. At this point in time the game is performing poorly, which could spell problems for any future Uncharted spin-off games.

Man is it gorgeous!!!! It's just as good as A Theif's End. It's rare for a series to cintinue without the character it's known for but that's what I like about Sony. They are willing to take risks and this is a good example another recent one is allowing Guerilla Games to go from making a FPS(the Killzone series) which started in 2003 or 2004 I believe to creating a brand new action/RPG IP in HZD or SIE Bend creating the exciting looking Days Gone or the fact that Until Dawn was announced as a PS Move game for the PS3 but after years of silence released for the PS4 to rave results!. Being allowed to use creativity so freely will only create amazing results!

Some Xbox trolls here trying to suggest that despite sales of 596,000 in the first week, Uncharted: LL is a flop. Considering that so many people who bought the Season Pass for Uncharted 4 received it as part of that season pass, the above figure is excellent. When compared with the ironic saviour of Xbox One this season, Cuphead, which is being described as an Xbox game when in reality it has sold the most on PC, Uncharted LL has done exceptionally well given that Steam has twice the accounts that PS4 does. As for sales on Xbox - if the game had done better on the console, Microsoft would be beating the drums, shouting from the rooftops.

VGChartz also only shows retail sales estimates and usually underestimates Playstation sales. I am sure Sony will announce a huge sales figure for the game soon. The game is exciting, fun and visually stunning. Bravo!
