During EA Play showcase first gameplay of Need For Speed Payback has been shown to the public. It seems to be heavily inspired by previous NFS titles developed by Ghost Games and formula started by The fast and The Furious movie series.
Let’s compare newly released gameplay footage with NFS Rivals running on PS4 Pro with Boost Mode enabled.
It seems that in case of Payback we can expect way better lightning and shadow effects alongside with much crisper details of environment. Works for me as long the gameplay will hold to be so intense as it was introduced.

Best NFS in my personal opinion
Highstakes, Hotpursuit 2 and Underground, Mostwanted, The Run.
Rest of those titles are Junk,Crap, disappointing.
The white-knuckle racer and supernatural horror adventure join the lineup October 6.
I absolutely loved Vampyr. It's an underrated gem. The combat can be kind of clunky, but the story, characters, setting, abilities, and everything else is great.

The closest game to furious 7, and 8.
Hope the story is great, unlike that fist pump shit game last time
Fast and Furious are god awful films.
I agree with Wind about the films but might be fun to play. Crew 2 looks to be doing it better though. Picked up the first Crew on the cheap and was pleasantly surprised.
