No physical copy for a LEGO game is surprising. It seems there's no discounted upgrade offer to the digital copy if you own the last-gen physical either according to the FAQ.
LEGO Harry Potter Collection is headed to PS5, Xbox Series X|S and PC this October 8. Expect enhancements and two DLCs to be included.
