That last part worries me. If he said new characters I wouldn't have had a problem but without Lei and Lee I'm not buying this game. Bad enough that Bruce got the boot.
Tekken is not dead. In fact it is one of the most popular fighting game series yet still very much alive. This past year at one of those game fests in Vegas.. Serious money to the winner of Tekken 7 on Arcade Console.
Mortal kombat sucks. Not a fan myself. Special moves over and over is what that games all about. Tekken however.. Felt like great real fighting from Tekken 1 - 3. Then juggles came in.
If anything I hope it isn't an absolute juggle fest like Tekken Tag 2. Idk. Tekken 4 was my favorite of all time. I never understood the tag system in tag 2 but no dude... Not dead whatsoever. One of the most anticipated fighting games atm.
