A month or so ago, Namco Bandai introduced Lucky Chloe, a new character for Tekken 7. Part of the western community reacted rather badly to her design and attitude, and Producer Katsushiro Harada responded with a rather scathing remark on western taste in video game character and mentioning that Lucky Chloe would be exclusive to Europe and Asia. Things didn’t get many better as several media outlets piled in on the controversy.
Today Harada-san clarified that it was just sarcasm, and that all players and community will get the same experience as it has always been for the Tekken series, also giving more info on the other new character, Shaheen.

I never understood the logic of that form of protest. If anything, it increases fossil fuel consumption by forcing a lot of vehicles to idle until the road is no longer blocked. I’m all for protesting a cause one believes in, but I would think people would want their form of protest to at least make sense.

character detail looks like it needs a lift in polygons and texture detail. i hope this changes when they start showing retail game play of the current gen and pc.

Good. If anybody has a problem with the character, don't pick her. Don't even want her in the game? Don't buy it.
There should be a character ban option when creating a room online, too, then it's problem solved 100%. Or should be. People complain no matter what.
Good! I like the designs for Chloe and Shaheen. Probably still going to main Yoshimitsu though.
