Titanfall comes in at a strange time for shooters. Call of Duty is declining in sales and popularity after 10 consecutive games, Battlefield has mostly failed to gain any new people who aren’t already dedicated to the series, and free to play has taken over most every other FPS release in recent memory. For lack of a better word, the shooter genre as a whole has gotten pretty stagnant, or at the very least the triple A titles have. Titanfall’s desire to break the mundane, along with the extreme amount of love and polish developer Respawn gave, makes it one of the best shooters to come our way in quite a long time.

Although the late 2000s Turok wasn't my favorite, I would love a new entry. Open world survival with shotguns and dinosaurs. Not sure how we'd get the fusion cannon, but that would be pretty sweet too.
Lol

XIII, The Darkness 2, Far Cry: Blood Dragon, Timesplitters: future perfect, Bulletstorm are awesome games
I played them all, they are all good in their own way
I used to be obsessed with FPS games

Sales for the original Titanfall are being discontinued.
It will be pulled from subscription services on March 1, 2022.
Physical media. Unfortunately the way games are going these days game servers will eventually be shut down and you can stare at the menu and wish you could play the game again.
