Some modders do actually fix games/make them better, whilst others just like to have a bit of fun, others are just plain weird........... funnily enough, just like people

They added physics where none existed before. I can't think of another game that's done that. Vanilla Skyrim had no character physics, that includes the hair and capes.

Is it perfect? No, but its actual simulated physics being modded into a game. Whether its hair, capes, breasts, or a giant dong, its still impressive work.
