Great game but not as good as Bioshock 1.

I think it would be monumental for a sequel to top the BioShock original, so long as it's close to as good as the original, with all the refinements over the years incorporated, then we should have a truly special title. I have still yet to fire Infinite up as well!

More importantly however, it better be shit loads better than BioShock 2; I consider that gaming's equivilant to film's Unviersal Soldier sequels.

Bioshock 1 is far superior.

It had/has better atmosphere. Just walking around and seeing the Big Daddies and Little Sisters alone makes it better.

Infinite feels more like a generic shooter, it has boring enemies and none of that special something that made the BioShock 1 memorable.

There is too much(as usual)hyperbole from the gaming "journalists" Way too much praise. I was let down.

I just replayed Bioshock 1, 2 times, once on Survivor.
After going through Infinite 4 times, once on Hard, 4 on 1999, I have to give it up to Irrational.

To me, Bioshock: Infinite is the new bar for FPS games that are riding a storyline as a backbone.

Graphics, sound, characters, story.
All well done in my eyes and after getting all the achievements and fully understanding the story... my time with Infinite has to come to an end.
In about 6 months to a year, I will revisit the experience and appreciate this definition of well-crafted interactive art. :)
