Rev3:Isaac Clarke is back in Dead Space 3. Is it the best in the franchise, or does the co-op detract from the experience? Watch our full review to find out.
If EA and Motive Studio plan on remaking all the main Dead Space entries, they have to change a lot of what made Dead Space 3 so divisive.
Simple, do not bother with a Dead Space 3 remake. Rather have a new entry for Dead Space.
Remaking 3 would need to be a reworked and somewhat changed remake as 3 was flawed in most peoples eyes and the worst entry.
WTMG's Kyle Nicol:
"Was Dead Space 3 really that bad?
Well, it’s a complicated question. Dead Space 3 is undeniably the weakest of the trilogy. It’s a game that deviates so far from the original formula, that it throws a lot of what made Dead Space special in the first place out of the window. Although, where it does make up for it is one of the best cooperative shooters on the market, even after all this time. Do I recommend playing this game ten years later? Hell yes. But make sure your expectations are in the right place. It has a lot of problems that bring it down."
With the upcoming Dead Space Remake, we replay and rank the original three games.

They need to seriously continue this ip with a new entry. Even if it's just another movie I don't care I love everything about this game.
First perfect score that I have seen.
Adam explains at Rev3 the numbers are loosely used. 5/5 isnt perfect, but it is a great game, with little flaws that dampen the experience. Your better off listening to review where they list likes and dislikes. Everyone has their own taste. From the occasional attention seekers, it has been a consensus that the atmosphere is intact. I'm 6 hours in, all coop. The game is darker then any imo. On default, at times your flashlight is your best friend. 80% of my experience has been cramped spaces. Sometimes forcing a single file back-to-back strategy. Attempted jump scares, but I've never been that type. In coop it does lack an overwhelming feeling, but the tension is there. In SP im sure the overwhelming feeling is there. The Story is average. TBH how many horror games have deep stories? Thats not the focus. While in the beginning you get plenty of ammo and cures. It still requires item management, and the enemies toughen up quickly, leaving you running through ammo and cures. TBH, so far, a 9/10. Its identical to Dead Space 2, but the weapon crafting is that damn fun.
