Mass Effect 3 multiplayer weapons, characters and equipment expands with more DLC the moment they are available. Obtaining powerful weapons like the Black Widow, Javelin, Eviscerator and others sure does require a lot of playthroughs to get the necessary credits. When playing a bronze challenge the most credits one can get is up to 18,000 or maybe higher (this is just an estimate). Based on one narratively fitting ending in Mass Effect 3, Prothean squadmate Javik is highly unlikely to return in the next Mass Effect game.
He was one of my least favorite characters. I wish they would have done the Proths different.
