How to Find and Catch Nox in Palworld – Locations and Stats
Wondering how to find and catch Nox in Palworld? You’re not alone. We’ve detailed this Pal’s location and the best way to catch it along with a rundown of its skills and work suitability.
Nox is one of the most sight-after Dark-type Pals in Palworld, thanks to its charming foxlike design. While it doesn’t boast the most helpful work suitability to accomplish tasks at your base, Nox sports some pretty impressive stats for an early-game Pal. That being said, many players have had a tough time trying to to find Nox in the wild, as specific conditions must be met to encounter one. That’s why we’ve put together an overview of Nox’s locations as well as the best way to catch it and a detailed look at its stats in Palworld.
Where to Find Nox in Palworld

Nox may seem like a tough Pal to find in Palworld, but it’s actually quite common throughout Windswept Hills, Forgotten Island, Ice Wind Island, Marsh Island, Eastern Wild Island, and Sea Breeze Archipelago. The only caveat here is that Nox only appears at night, as its name suggests. If you’re having trouble finding one, then you’re likely searching for this Dark-type at the wrong time of day.
Granted, Nox isn’t quite as populous as other nocturnal Pals, like Depresso and Daedream. However, you should stumble upon one of these foxlike creatures soon enough once the sun sets and other species fall asleep.
If you’re like me, then you might even find a wild Nox caged at a Syndicate or Free Pal Alliance campsite before you find one organically. What’s more, this can occur both during the day and at night.
How to Catch Nox in Palworld
First and foremost, capturing Nox will require some searching at night. It’s found throughout most of the main islands in Palworld, so this shouldn’t take you too long. With your target in sight, deploying a Dragon-type Pal will give you the upper hand. You can catch an Alpha Chillet at Level 11, so this is your best option early on.
After you whittle its health down with a few attacks, Pal Spheres should suffice. Of course, if you have access to Mega or Giga Spheres, then these will increase your capture rate significantly.
