Once Human is a multiplayer survival game that encourages players to team up and overcome challenges, like a Prime War, together. This live-service game was created with co-op and teamplay in mind, and Prime War events are leaning heavily on that. The post-apocalyptic world of Once Human is full of dangerous creatures, and nothing will challenge the players quite like this event.
Once Human: What is a Prime War?
Prime War is an exclusive PvE server public event that sees players banding up to take down a powerful monster. This goes along with the PvE server team of survivors coming together to fight and save their world. Once the event starts, players will have some time to prepare defenses before a massive world boss is spawned. Moreover, this boss creature rarely spawns alone, so players should be prepared to fight against multiple creatures.
When the boss arrives, players must do everything in their power to stop it from reaching and destroying a terminal. If a terminal is destroyed or a 30-minute timer runs out, the players automatically lose the event. However, if players manage to win against this massive creature, great rewards are in store for them.
Once Human: How to Join a Prime War
To take part in a Prime War event, players have to reach the highlighted area on the world map. However, every Prime War has a level requirement, and there is a limit to how many players can join. So if you want to take part in the event, get to the designated area fast to claim a spot. All Prime War events are scheduled, and if there is no more room at the event on your server, you can always try to change worlds and try your luck on another server.
Once Human: How to Help Win a Prime War
To better protect the terminal, players should create a maze of obstacles and defensive structures, creating a difficult-to-reach path. Additionally, Gatling Cannons, heavy weapons, and plasma bombs can greatly help with a boss creature’s damage resistance during a Prime War event. Moreover, every boss creature in this event has different weak points, and locating them does help with damage.
Due to the massive health bar the boss creature has, the use of your best weapons and ammunition is recommended. Because a boss is spawned some distance away from the terminal, snipers and assault rifles are both great choices. The last thing we can recommend is to use food buffs to give yourself a greater damage output and help with the fight. Recipes like Bone-in Deviated Sausage, Stargazy Pie, and Shattered Bread all provide extra damage and can be used to great effect during Prime War events.
