Jedi: Survivor is a Star Wars game developed by Respawn Entertainment, the same developer who made Jedi: Fallen Order. Fans of the Star Wars IP will undoubtedly be excited for more use of the Force and lightsaber duels.
Still, many wonder whether this title marks a new video game series in the Star Wars universe or a continuation of Jedi: Fallen Order’s story. We’ve got the answer.

Where Does Jedi: Survivor Pick Up After Jedi: Fallen Order?
Jedi: Survivor takes place five years after the events of Jedi: Fallen Order.

Much of the previous title revolved around Cal trying to find a Holocron containing a list of force-sensitive children left behind by Cere’s former master, Eno Cordova. However, this plotline is resolved by the end of the game, leaving the story open-ended for the beginning of Jedi: Survivor.
What happens over the five years between Jedi: Fallen Order and Jedi: Survivor is the subject of a novel titled Jedi: Battle Scars by Sam Maggs. The book features the same ragtag crew, led by Cal, searching for a new weapon to aid them in their fight against the Empire.
How Old Is Cal in Jedi: Survivor?
Cal will be 23 years old in Jedi: Survivor.
Seeing the growth in Cal Kestis as we explore Jedi: Survivor will be exciting. He was only a Padawan for most of the first game, but now we get to experience him as a full-fledged Jedi Knight with five more years of experience under his belt. It should be interesting to see an older, more confident Cal, even as things grow darker in the Star Wars universe.
