How Do You Unlock the SPW 40MM Drill Underbarrel Attachment in MW2 and Warzone 2?
Players must first unlock the Cronen Squall rifle, which is available either through the battle pass or by looting the weapon off a player in Warzone. Once the Cronen Squall is leveled to 26, the SPW 40MM Drill Launcher attachment is unlocked.
Once the drill attachment is unlocked, players can add it to their weapon in the under-barrel attachment slot. The attachment can be added to any weapon from the M4 and Bruen Ops platforms.

What Are the Advantages and Disadvantages of the SPW 40MM Drill Attachment?
The SPW 40MM Drill attachment adds a few advantages to a player’s loadout. This allows the player to free up their lethal tool slot, meaning another lethal tool can be added to their loadout. The attachment also allows the charge to be launched further and fires faster than it does when thrown.
The disadvantages of the attachment are a slight nerf to ADS speed and the fact that it requires one of the player’s five attachment slots to equip. For players that use drill charges often the attachment will be very useful, but others may want to forgo it for more all-purpose attachments.
