Fortnite Reboot Rally is back and is a perfect time to bring new and returning friends to the game. This event lets you team up with friends who are new to the game or just returning and complete quests and challenges to unlock rewards. In this guide, we will explain how to unlock free cosmetics in the Fortnite Reboot Rally event.
Who is eligible for Fortnite Reboot Rally?
To participate in Reboot Rally, players have to team up with someone who is either new to the game or with someone who’s returning to Fortnite. Here’s the breakdown:
- A new or returning player is someone who played under 2 hours of Fortnite within 30 days of July 31, 2023.
- An active player is someone who played over 2 hours of Fortnite within 30 days of July 31, 2023.
How to participate in Reboot Rally
There are a few simple ways to enrol to Reboot Rally. Of course, your friend list will be paramount to your success, but the process itself is pretty simple. Here’s what you have to do:
- Open your Friends tab in the Lobby and find the Reboot Rally panel.
- If you’re the active player, you’ll see all returning and new friends that you can party up with.
- If you’re the returning or new player, you’ll see your active friends as well as other returning and new players that you can party up with.
- You can also Rally your friends. To do this, you can use the QR code on fn.gg/rebootrally. Then share the link with your friends to join up.
- Join the party with one or more friends with whom you can do Reboot Rally quests and bonus goals. You can check them out in the Quests tab.
- As you complete quests and bonus goals together, your party will earn points. You can then exchange those points for free rewards. Check your point total in the Quests tab.
How long does Reboot Rally last?
You can participate in Fortnite Reboot Rally from August 1 at 9 am ET to August 26 at 9 am ET. That gives you more than three weeks to gather your party and complete all quests and goals to get those juicy free goodies.
All free Reboot Rally rewards
There are four rewards that you can earn during Reboot Rally with your friends. To get them, you have to exchange points you’ve collected to earn these cosmetics. They all follow a vibrant beach theme, and here’s how many points each reward costs:
- 50 points: Boot It Spray
- 100 points: Polychrome Sunset Wrap
- 150 points: Beach-Blasted Shark’s Tank Back Bling
- 200 points: Starfall Pickaxe
Bear in mind that you need to play with friends to earn points. There is no way to get points by playing on your own.
