Unfortunately, there is not an official way to get old skins in Fortnite. What you can do is hope that the skin you are looking for will appear in the Shop’s rotation. But, if the skin was obtainable only through an old Battle Pass, or through a Fortnite Crew monthly subscription, then it’s gone forever.
What can happen, is that those skins get a Remix. That is a new skin that is using the model of an old one, with some changes. Those can be just an altered coloring or have more changes on the model, like different gear, details, and such.

So, if you are hellbent on finding an old Outfit, you can look for websites that sell some Outfits or accounts. But be careful, you are dealing with a third-party website and there is a chance that it might be a scam.
