Fan-Favourite Fortnite Gun, Bender’s Shiny Metal Raygun, Will Be Vaulted Soon

According to the tweet, Bender’s Shiny Metal Raygun is going straight to the vault in about two days from the writing of this article. That means that it’s getting vaulted sometime on August 8 or 9, depending on the time zone.
Many players consider that the item is being vaulted before the collab is over simply due to how OP it feels. Of course, as expected, the community has strong feelings about this. Many think that there are weapons that are in more dire need of vaulting than this. Then there are those who can’t wait for it to be gone.
Considering that Bender’s Shiny Metal Raygun is classed as Mythic, it made sense for it to be on the more powerful side. JohnDaBot, who’s a clear Bender aficionado, remarks: “They should just leave it in, it’s only 17 more days for an item that wasn’t that easy to find anyway. The game is more fun when multiple IPs and their items clash”.
