Where to find Halsin?
As you piece together the puzzle, a crucial clue emerges – Halsin’s unfortunate fate. The knowledge points to his capture and subsequent imprisonment within the confines of the goblin camp.
With this newfound insight, your quest takes on new urgency. The path to freeing yourself from the parasite leads straight to the goblin camp, where the fate of Halsin intertwines with your own. Prepare yourself for a perilous journey, for within the goblin camp lies the key to your salvation and the hope of unlocking Halsin’s hidden truths
Here is a Step by Step overview of how to find Halsin:
- Enter the Goblin Camp.
- Find the Worg Pens. ( North East of the Sanctum )
- You will see several cages. The cage on the right-hand side contains a bear.
- Fight/Sneak through the Goblins
- Free the bear
- The bear actually turns out to be Halsin himself.
Here are some tips for finding Halsin:
- The door to the Worg Pens is located at (X:342, Y:33) on your minimap.
- If you’re taking the combat route, it’s a good idea to split your party up on the landing before the stairs. This will help you deal with the goblins on the far west side of the room and the ones running away to get help.
- Once Halsin is free, you can either sneak past the goblins or fight them. If you choose to fight, be sure to defeat Dror Gagzlin, Minthara, and Priestess Gut before speaking to Halsin again.
Finding Halsin in the Shattered Sanctum
The Shattered Sanctum is part of the Goblin camp and is a large and confusing area, but Halsin can be found in the Worg Pens, which are located in the northeastern part of the sanctum at X:342, Y:33.
To find the Worg Pens, head to the small area to the far east of the sanctum. You’ll know you’re in the right place when you see several goblins hanging out near a crypt in front of a door with a pair of eyes surrounded by stars above it.
Once you’ve found the door, go inside and take the stairs down. You’ll see some goblins harassing a bear in the cage to the right. This creature is actually Halsin.
Dealing with the Goblins
There are several ways to deal with this encounter which we have detailed below.
One option is to simply stop the goblins from harassing Halsin as the bear. This will cause Halsin to attack his cage, breaking it down and starting combat. Once the fighting begins, the druid will fight alongside you.
Option two is for if you’d rather avoid combat. You can also sneak past the goblins and free Halsin yourself. However, this will require a high Stealth check.
Once Halsin is free, you’ll need to deal with the three enemy leaders inside the sanctum: Dror Gagzlin, Minthara, and Priestess Gut. Once all three have been defeated, speak to Halsin again at the Worg Pens. He’ll return to the druid’s grove, and you can meet him back there to finish things up with him.
