Getting right into the answer of the question, FFXIV is currently around 72GBs. Why ‘currently’? Well, as mentioned above, Final Fantasy XIV is an MMORPG that is being supported to this day. As expected from an MMORPG of this caliber, it also has multiple expansions that are frequently becoming available to install to increase both the content as well as the size of the game.
