If you’re looking forward to playing EA FC 24, you’re probably wanting to know the pre-order date. While nothing has been officially announced yet, we can certainly take a look some of the leaks coming out, and some of last year’s release patterns, to get a sense of when we’ll be able to pre-order the game.
Formerly known as the FIFA franchise, EA’s football simulation is coming back for its annual glow-up. Many players want to know which editions will be available, so that they can make the right choice when pre-ordering. While details are sparse, here’s evertything we know so far about the EA FC pre order.
EA FC pre order predictions
While there is still some time until the game’s release, we think it’s not long before you’ll be able to pre-order EA FC. In fact it could be as soon as this month (July), as per FIFPLAY. This would be in line with last year’s game, which was available to pre-order on July 20th, 2022. Taking that date into account, we are speculating a likely pre-order window for EA FC to be between Wedenesday, July 19, 2023 and Friday July 21. After that, you’ll have to wait a few months until the game’s release. As it currently stands, EA FC is likely to launch at the end of September.
EAFC expected pre-order editions
While nothing has been confirmed, we are expecting there will be multiple editions of the game – namely a Standard Edition, which will likely be the base game and an Ultimate Edition, which could include more items and early access. If you pre-order the Standard Edition, along with the game, you’ll likely receieve items similar to last year. This could include the following: TOTW 1 Player Item, UT Cover Star Loan Item, UT Ambassador Player Pick, and Career Mode Homegrown Talent.
For those looking to splash the cash, if there is an Ultimate Edition, you’ll likely get everything above plus early access and more items. While no details are set in stone, we’re expecting a three-day early access, much like we saw in FIFA 23. Please take this with a pinch of salt, though. While some media are reporting the editions have been leaked, most recently citing @billbil_kun, we simply do not know exactly what EA has planned for this year’s game.
Which Platforms could EA FC be on?
Luckily for many football fans, FC 24 is expected to release on multiple platforms. You will likely be able to play EAFC on PC (including Steam, Epic, and Origin launchers) PlayStation 4 and 5, Xbox Series X | S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
