Ever wondered what the most expensive skins in CS2 are? In CS2, as in CS:GO before it, skins are a thing of prestige and pride within the community. The game offers a large range of skins with different rarities, wear levels, and pattern types. In a community-regulated market, the prices for these items vary based on how much people are willing to pay for them.

In September of 2023, Counter-Strike 2 replaced its predecessor Counter-Strike: Global Offensive on Steam. Luckily for millions of players, all of their weapons, knives, characters, and glove skins have carried over to the new version of the game. The same goes for cases, stickers, and badges. While there are many cheap and simple skins in the game, some are so rare and coveted that their prices can reach astronomical values. Yet even among them, there are standouts, skins that cost a small fortune. Let us take a look at the Top 10 most expensive skins in CS2.

Top 10 Most Expensive CS2 Skins

Most Case Hardened AK skins cost around a few hundred dollars on the market. However, the pattern 661 of this skin makes this weapon have a blue gem appearance. Depending on its condition, it can raise this skin’s skin value to $50,000-$60,000. With Titan stickers applied, the price can go over $100,000. But that’s not all. One AK-47 Case Hardened skin with StatTrak and four Titan Holos stickers was sold for $400,000, making this the most expansive skin actually sold in Counter-Strike.

This specific Case Hardened Karambit is a literal unicorn among CS skins, and there is only one in Factory New condition in the world. The current owner bought it in 2016 for over $100,000. The owner later turned down an offer to sell the skin for $1,500,000. He claimed that the offer was too low.
