At the start of your Coral Island playthrough, you’ll be tasked with preparing your field and harvesting your first supply of crops. You’ll receive a couple of different seed types from Connor to begin. Once planted, you’ll need to water your seedlings daily and wait a few days for mature plants to sprout. Each of the tools on your belt will be needed to accomplish this, but they won’t be necessary to harvest your crops.

Why Can’t I Harvest My Crops in Coral Island?

Many Coral Island players have experienced some confusion when it comes to maturation rates for different crops. If you’re unable to pick up ripe vegetables and the like, then this is probably the reason.

For example, the early game turnip is described as maturing within four days. However, this doesn’t mean the crop is ready to harvest on day four. Rather, you’ll need to wait for the fifth day after planting in order to harvest the mature crop.
