There’s a lot of ground to cover as you work to heal coral sites and improve Starlet Town’s reputation in Coral Island. Between main story quests and lesser initiatives, like running errands for townsfolk and completing daily tasks, you’ll essentially be sprinting all over the place from the start of your playthrough. Needless to say, this isn’t the most efficient means to get around — especially when there’s so little time in a day. Fortunately, you can unlock several fast travel points to teleport from one location to the next. Here’s how to gain access to this feature and save some time in your playthrough.
How to Unlock Fast Travel in Coral Island
To gain access to fast travel in Coral Island, you’ll first need to complete the Mythical Dream quest. This is initiated within your first few days on the island. Following this quest will effectively unlock the Lake Temple, where you can make offerings at each of the altars inside. After you’ve made at least one offering bundle, you’ll be able to fast travel to and from two locations:
- Farm
- Lake Temple
You can unlock additional travel points as you make progress in the game. With the Third Eye ability that you gain from the Chieftan during the Mythical Dream quest, you can inspect these spots to receive hints as to how they can be accessed later on. All unlocked points will be marked by swirling cherry blossom petals.
