How To Make Teahouse Quest Marker Disappear

The Teahouse Quest marker appears when you approach Auntie Ethel’s house and interact with Mayrina. She is an NPC who is held captive by Auntie Ethel, a hag in the swamps. The quest comprises of either saving Mayrina from the hag or siding with Auntie Ethel and foraging some parasites for her from the Underdark.
Regardless of which option players have chosen, they have still encountered the Teahouse Quest marker bug. You can try the above-mentioned solutions to see if they work. If not, there is one other method suggested by a Reddit user on the forums.
How To Remove Teahouse Quest Marker Using The Underdark
A Reddit user by the name Peachstella mentioned that they somehow got rid of their Teahouse Quest marker by using an unusual method. Now, this method might not work for everyone, but it’s worth a try if you’re really getting hindered by it.
They said they removed the marker by using the Underdark entrance in the teahouse. You need to go towards the entrance after killing Auntie Ethel (if you sided with Mayrina), then jump through the waterfall and go down a ladder.
After this, have your character wrap around to the right, and you should see a tree-faced door you can jump to. You’ll need a whispering mask to go through the door and for this method to succeed. Finally, you can use the mushroom circle to enter the Underdark.
Now, various users have debated whether or not this method has worked for them successfully. Some have said it worked, while it unfortunately did not for others. If this is something you’re willing to try, it’s worth giving it a go.
