The MEGA City POI is the most exciting new location this season, with grind rails for players to skate around while carrying weapons. This addition is expected to make MEGA City a popular location for intense battles and combat.
Other than that, these locations are here:
- Steam Springs
- Kenjutsu Crossing
- Knotty Nets
Mega City POI – Used to be Faulty Splits
Mega City, a massive metropolis located east of Frenzy Fields, is the most significant new location in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. Similar to Neo-Tilted from the previous season, Mega City is full of towering buildings to loot and vibrant advertising boards that give it a cyberpunk vibe.
Players can quickly traverse the bustling streets by jumping onto grind rails, which enables them to shoot at enemies while moving to a new position. You can even use the new Legendary Slurp Juice on the rails!

Steam Springs
Near Mega City, players can discover locations with a traditional ambiance, like Steamy Springs, a beautiful Japanese town dotted with small houses and pink cherry blossom trees.
Given the frenzied nature of Mega City, Steamy Springs is projected to be a sought-after landing spot for players in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2.
Kenjutsu Crossing
Located at the bottom of the new Fortnite biome is Kenjutsu Crossing, a tranquil area that offers a scenic view of Mega City. Along with a few smaller temples to explore, the area boasts a sizable dojo at the southeasternmost point of the map.
Moreover, the location features a long bridge that connects it to Steamy Springs, making it an accessible route for players to take advantage of at the beginning of a match.

Knotty Nets
Knotty Nets, a charming fishing village located on the east side of the new area, is the fourth and final new location in Fortnite Chapter 4 Season 2. Although it’s not as vast as the other locales, it still has much to offer players during a match.
Given its position at the side of the map, players won’t have to contend with as many enemies initially. Additionally, being an island, Knotty Nets has several fishing spots perfect for completing quests and collecting loot.
