The Dead Rising franchise has a special hold on me. The original was the game that convinced me to buy an Xbox 360, while Dead Rising 3 made the decision to grab an Xbox One all that much easier. Demolishing literal hordes of zombies with weaponry suited for a mad scientist is just one of those simple pleasures in life. That being said, I was ecstatic to hear that Dead Rising 3: Apocalypse Edition was going to get a PC port, and one that would be able to truly harness my PC’s power as opposed to being a simple recreation. I played the first, and I bought #4. Other than that, strangely haven't played any of the others. I'll get round to it one day though I guess.
