Diablo on a PS4 Controller is Better Than You Would Expect

I play the pc version a lot i have paragon 250 or some crap like that and I know at least for me the console versions just play better, I am not sure why , it may be because of the controller, it may be because you can dodge which you cant on pc, it may be a lot of different reasons like co op with one ps4, all I know is the console versions just feel better for some reason and anyone thinking about getting it for console even tho they have it on pc, should take the plunge no matter what console its on.

I agree, I just couldn't get into Diablo 3 at all on PC... I was hesitant to even try on consoles afterwards. However, after sitting down and playing some on both Xbox 360 and PS3. I can definitely say it's a much better experience on console. Add friends into the mix, and you can play for hours upon hours on end.

Yeh, I was really surprised by that, because I have played it on PC since the day it released, I had no clue how they would make it work on consoles as well, but my worries where soon gone after playing it on ps3, if I had to rate the pc version out of 10 and the console version out of 10 I would have to give the pc a 8.5 and the console a 9 to 9.5

P.S stop hogging all the bubbles lol, cant complain about mine tho 4 seems ok but more is better when trying to make points that some people cant seem to grasp lol.

I picked this up yesterday, played it for a few hours last night......and absolutely love it!
It really does give me that Gaunlet vibe which is great. I've leveled up quite a bit, found some great gear and just had fun bashing all sorts of nasties to bits with a flaming club!

Its amazing how memory works. I had forgotten about Gauntlet and now just by reading the word my mind is full of hours spent on the Amiga.

And I agree, Diablo 3 is how my nostalgic mind remembers Gauntlet.

We used to have late night sessions on an Atari in the back of a computer shop my brother used to work in....it was awesome.

The original game was called Dandy Dungeons and the 4 player characters were based on inmates in an asylum and all the monsters were the hallucinogenics!!

I am pretty sure it was also the first arcade game to support 4 players, but not 100 percent sure.

I would have bought at full price if you could use your PC character on the PS4 version. I'm waiting to buy it for around $30 as I put too much time into the PC version to just start over entirely. Glad it's 1080p/60 and that the new controls are awesome.

I played about 200 hours of Diablo 3 on PC, and bought UEE on PS4 yesterday. The difference is huge, it really feels like game was designed for controller, having direct control over your character movement is amazing, finally I can play this game without missclicks.

Im having so much fun on this game. Im glad i picked this up. My only complain would be the game is a little easy. currently lvl 44 and having it on Expert i dont feel much of a challange, even with the bosses and elites. Ill have to wait and see how much different it gets on the torment difficulties. all in all this game is 8/10 with tons of replay value

Torment 4 is where I am on pc and it goes up to 6 , I can solo 5 but it takes a while in rifts. Don't go into torment thinking it's easy tho cos anything above 2 will wreck you if you don't have some really decent gear on.

how am i a noob? I've played Diabo 1&2 so you argument is invalid. I just said its easy on the expert setting and not much of a challenge. Im sure the other difficulties will be a different story. no need to insult me. and i doubt i will be throwing controller, I know how to pace myself so when i get into torment I think Ill be fine. Looking forward to torment and ill let you know when im pwning those difficulties

Didn't mean to be insulting, man. Sorry if it came off that way.

But to be fair, D3 was known for becoming almost impossibly difficult, even with a full party.

It took very specific character classes and builds, and even then it was insanely difficult.

Here's a tip too, melee classes great until you get into the highest difficulties. Once you get up there, they tend to go down pretty easily, even though they have tons of health and defense. Choose a ranged class to make your life a little easier.

RTS and FPS are the only thing I prefer a mouse on. I never understood why d3 wasn't controller enabled like dungeon siege 3 was. Just let pc gamer choose how they want to play not to mention the ability to play co op on the same screen.
