Something is let COD rest one time, just once Activision.

_-EDMIX-_2557d ago

With no signs of slowing down and several teams working on COD.

I don't see it happening any time soon.

Consider they actually make a quality game almost every time. Though I haven't bought a COD since MW2, I understand the quality of their games is still really high.

Trekster_Gamer2557d ago

If it didn't sell well they would.
People seem to be confused. COD is huge because millions of fans love it.

MVGeneral2557d ago

But I think infinite warfare is leaving a bad taste in everyone's mouth.

I played black ops till 6th prestige, sunk in countless hours to unlock as much skins for my gun and characters. But I didn't even prestige infinite warfare once. It totally turned me off from cod. So now I'm gonna try something else. The next cod is the first cod im not going to buy since the Modern warfare launch on ps3.

Yep, nothing says "unsustainable" like record sales pace of a core gamer centeted console like the ps4. What I hope is truely unsustainable is this trash that is games "journalism".

ifrit_caress2557d ago

Yes, the slave and master like relationship between game journalists and publishers need to end, along with corporate BS.

subtenko2557d ago

THAT is what really has to give. Im tired of this BS! Same thing with any kinda of media too.

"As I moved through the various consoles, from Xbox 360 to Xbox One"

There is your first problem right there.

In the words of Trivium:
WAKE, its only getting worse, the end is nigh.

Now we'll have to see how much the Master Collection will add to those numbers.

Number1TailzFan179d ago

Too bad it was a lazy release. They could've updated the visuals and everything. Missed opportunity.

Stanjara179d ago

...and yet, they couldn't give more respect and effort into the collection.
What a terrible company.

Minute Man 721179d ago (Edited 179d ago )

Are they counting every game?

Edit: they did

Nyxus179d ago

Yes, these are total lifetime sales of the entire series.

ApocalypseShadow179d ago

.... mostly with the help of PlayStation.

Yea I don’t get why they’re allowing old reviews to be posted here. Someone did one on Soul Reaver and I got so excited thinking there was some stealth release of an HD Remaster, but no… it’s just someone who had a slow day posted an old review…

Cacabunga195d ago

I liked the game but for me it felt somehow like a military simulator rather than a proper MGS.. i got bored of that

micdagoat19195d ago

I do wish they would remaster all the soul reavers

micdagoat19195d ago

it was done this morning though

goldwyncq195d ago

The author was in a coma for 9 years and didn't get to play the game when it released.

Chocoburger195d ago

This review arrived just in time for launch. Perfect timing!

RupeeHoarder195d ago

Amazing how bad this game looks already. We keep acting like this gen doesn't feel like an update but I think we're starting to see it.

YourMommySpoils195d ago

Looks better than Starfield, Cyberpunk and most recent games out. Still fine.

RupeeHoarder195d ago

It most certainly does not lol.

andy85195d ago

Have you player Cyberpunk since the first day? It's absolutely stunning now

One of the worst games ever made. Absolute overhyped trash!

Snowb420195d ago

The gameplay was great. It was the tacked on open world and repetitive missions that messed the game up.

Shane Kim195d ago

The game started really strong in that hospital, but after a couple of hours I wondered if it was even an mgs game I was playing.

KyRo194d ago

The hospital section was the only bit that felt like a MGS game.

MGS4 was the ending for me. I totally ignore the fact 5 exists. It didn't need to exist tbh
