I wouldnt say that it "destroys" the PS4 version (aside from the potential resolution difference) but its clearly better.

As for graphics.

The real difference will be 4k if your pc can handle it.

1080p 30fps vs 4k 60fps with icenhancer2 mod is beyond total annihilation it's a frigging No Contest.

Higher fps and resolution really matters and if you disagree then you are fooling yourself.

Haha 2500€ difference bettween a PS4 and a capable pc but only very small difference between both versions. PS4 ftw!

Isn't it a bit naive from you to think that the recommended Hardware settings will be enough for 4k/60fps? I thought that this is the big andvantage of a PC?

60fps yes. That's one advantage. And a massive difference in an action-heavy game such as this.

I spent £400 on components that are vastly more powerful than what's in the consoles. But hey keep saying PC gaming cost thousands, right?

PC is the definitive edition, and the difference will be massive, as always. Why can't you just accept it and enjoy your own version? I've owned both iterations so far and will be getting the PC version for clear and obvious reasons.

I find it funny how consolers brag about resolution when they are just now gaming at 1080p.

They have no clue about 60fps 1200 1440 1600 or 4k.

Go to best buy and view the 4k vs 1080p demo and BE educated oh and take some tissue.

It actually takes her awhile to notice any change in my gear, since she never bothers looking at my equipment in the first place ;)

Besides if she does notice, I'll just say a family member gave them to me to get rid of stuff, she doesn't know the difference!

Hey, just curious, for all the people here claiming that it looks good, but not THAT good... are you looking at the 4k images on a 4k display?

Or are you looking at 4k images vs. 1080p images on a 1080p display? That kind of makes a difference.

I love how this PC vs. PS4/XB1 gap is being swept under the rug, but as soon as PS4 gets a game at 900p and XB1's version is 720p, it's like the hottest news for 48 hours.

Sorry folks, 4k and the capability of 60fps+ does make a difference. And this is before modding. The pricepoint argument isn't valid either - you can either afford a rig that can perform at these levels or you can't.

But pretending it doesn't look better for the people who do have advanced GPUs/Displays is just silly.

@2k a GTX 980 gets 37fps.

@4k it gets 20fps.

980 sli get 30fps.

4K is a dream for alot of people and considering how poorly GTA4 ran for Many pc's.

If you can run the game @ 2k and 60fps. You should be very happy.

OMG. The "PC elite" don't even know that there is NO native 4k games out now. All the 2k/4k stuff is just upscaled native rendered 1080p which is the standard for gaming now. You wana see what something with 2k/4k look like, see ryse. It used 2k/4k native rendered textures but the tech is so expensive now that most devs won't be using it for another 5-10 years. Even Epic said the next leap in PC graphics won't come for the next 10 years.

What are you talking about? "PC Elite" needs to go, the "Master Race" comments can all stop. It's ridiculous. The vast majority of people with nice PCs are also console gamers... they are clearly just far more successful human beings and this your most convenient outlet for jealousy.

The leap in PC graphics won't come for 10 years? Got it... ok, well, that's cool, so I guess Rockstar is lying about the 4K enabled GTA V then?
