They've already said online is free. PSN is free on my psvita so it will be free on PS4. Shuhei is also talking about *future* subscription plans, so unless you think online is a futuristic feature it will not be locked behind a paywall.

I agreed. I hope people can give Nintendo a bit of a break with this. They didn't release impressive hardware but they integrated neat ideas with what they had and there's nothing really wrong with it.
All they need to do is drop the price to accomodate for the lower tier specs and people should be happier to support it.

I get that they said they would roll out the cloud features in phases but I'm curious when. Before PS4 launch so with PS3 too or what? OR after PS4's launch? If so I just want the psvita integration operational at launch. Cloud demos and whatever else can come afterward if they need to work on it.

I saw him using a PS controller... Why is it hard for some people to admit that? And "it was running on pc with similar specs" makes no sense.. If it was running PS4 software and operating system (which it was) then it was not a pc.
How many ways does one need to explain this? At the very least you can say it was run on a PS4 dev kit which is entirely possible.
