Are you implying that Sony wasn't previously invested in the Playstation brand?

Going to have to pick up Civ: Beyond Earth. I sunk so many hours into Civ: V!

I tried to only use franchises that I have played in the past. I'm guessing that you recommend Suikoden?

Also, I was going to place a new Chrono game on the list, but I read a couple of reports that state it may be in the works. So, I also tried to stick to games that aren't being discussed for sequels.

Thanks man!

"Have had enough sequels," seems to refer to games with at least one sequel. Spec Ops didn't have any form of a sequel.

I came in to this article wanting to see: the police chases are better in Watch Dogs. I am leaving satisfied.

There are some spoilers within the first paragraph. If you don't want anything spoiled, perhaps skip this article.

I don't think that the story will have much of an impact on whether the game succeeds or not. Don't get me wrong, I love a compelling story, but I am, and I assume most people are, going into Destiny for the multiplayer and co-op.

I would have to agree.

It will be interesting if they decide to remaster FF XII, like one of the developers mentioned previously. After X, FFXII is the only recent game in the series that I would recommend to people.

I couldn't agree more Wasterlander. I think that the criticism was taken in a positive manner and that BioWare will definitely capitalize on correcting their mistakes.

Frankly I am surprised that BioWare screwed up in the first place. They are extremely talented.

To be honest, I completely disagree with the majority of this article. Nick makes the argument that they discussed a "TV show, a YouTube App, introduced a Ratchet & Clank movie, a $99 PlayStation TV box." While they did discuss these things, Nick is misrepresenting how long they were actually mentioned.

The longest discussion, Powers, the TV show mentioned, was shown for maybe 12 minutes. The YouTube App was mentioned in passing. The Rachet & Clank mov...

Although this looks fun, I have a feeling that the luster will more than likely wear off fast. I loved Left4Dead for about two weeks and then it got boring.

I'm hoping I am wrong though.

The font mixed with the grey background screwed with my eyes!

Also, I am clearly not as happy as you that they are recreating locations from the original trilogy. To me that indicates that they will most likely recreate some battles from the films.

I prefer to have an all new story.

No, but I feel like repeating the same types of missions over and over again is quite lazy. Black Flag was better at breaking up the monotony, but Ubisoft could certainly change things up a bit more.

After I bought my PS4 at release, I kind of felt like a sucker. I love the system, but I could have done without it for a little while longer. The games that I have, with the exception of Resogun, could have been bought for my PS3.
