Awesome, I'd wish everyone else good luck but please, needs to be an even playing field hehe.

Despite the fact that I have a really nice computer (GTX 690 ftw), there is a special charm about playing games on consoles. Not to mention the Batman Arkham series is my favourite video game franchise ever. I already have a PS4, but if I hadn't gotten one at launch, I would have after seeing this announcement. I'll still play it on PC too, for those extra gravy visuals. Ooft. I'll only pay for one however, hehe ;)
No, it's still immersion breaking, but less immersion breaking than running around, finding collectibles, and doing side quests -which will most likely take up more time than the main story- all in a single time of day. You don't want to run around for 30 minutes in the game and have no weather/time of day change. Yes I know the transition would be slightly weird for entering a mission, but it'll take about 5 seconds more than those 3, to get used to it. Instead, the entire time y...
Why couldn't they just have a normal day/night/weather cycle, and when you initiate a mission, it changes to fit the tone of that mission? Or at least when you finish the game make it dynamic when free roaming. It seems kind of lame and more immersion breaking that the weather and day/night is static.
That's completely fabricated. It's already been stated that Arkham Knight will take place in the central hub of Gotham where Wayne tower was located entirely away from Arkham City's area. Blackgate Prison was right next to Arkham City, and with villains running on the loose, there's really no point in visiting that area at all. Bruce Wayne wouldn't be exploring the streets freely at all if citizens are supposed to have left. Wayne Manor and the Batcave guesses are probably...
I think it's safe to say that he's talking strictly about the main story, and not the side missions or collectibles. It'll probably total up to about 30 hours to get 100% on each playthrough. Which is all about the same as the past games.
Don't worry man, you don't need to justify. The guy who wrote the article is just completely missing the point haha.
I actually thought they incorporated more of Kevin Conroy in his face, it's subtle, but it's there. Unless I'm crazy haha.
It'll be so sick, if there's DLC for additional characters with new vehicles, or if you can switch to Robin and ride his bike around the city. And various other characters and their vehicles or something.
I think they've replaced riddler trophies with those car mini game things now. I really hope they keep the detective scan puzzles, I loved those especially when they referenced the universe in some clever way. There will probably be some sort of collectible thing, it'll be cool if they're a different type for 3 different side quest villains on each island. Plus it's nice to come back once you've finished the main story and most of the side missions.
No one cares. Batman.
Just kidding, hopefully this game doesn't disappoint like every single other one (except S2 and US).
The web slinging mechanics seem promising, not sure about the visuals or the rest of the game.
The main game informer page http://www.gameinformer.com... I'm pretty sure is an actual in game shot so there you go!
Oh my god. I'm just in awe, I knew it was coming but to finally see it... So glad it's next gen only, called it in my CBM article a while ago. This is is my Halo, MGS, Mario, Zelda etc. I love that this is the finale, no holds barred. I wonder if it'll end in a way that leaves it open to justice league games. Fuuuuu.
Ah well that's unfortunate, it's still a visually stunning game though. Gameplay was a bit stale but I think it worked well as a demonstration of what the PS4 can output visually for single player and multiplayer experiences.
However, it would have been nice if Guerilla Games was honest from the beginning. Saying single player is 1080/30fps and MP is 720/30-60fps would have done little harm in comparison to what it's doing now. I find it weird that mp drops at all...
Wasn't this known months ago? The multiplayer obviously looks 720p and I'm pretty sure Guerilla even said it would run at 720p 60fps unlocked, and single player 1080p 30fps unlocked. Don't know what the big controversy is here?
It's just for the Facebook page probably, Hush mixed with Cataclysm-No Man's Land and Court of Owls could be very, very interesting! There's probably better comics that others know that I don't which might fit better. However, I don't think the game will be a direct copy of any comic though, it'll probably have some influence like No Man's Land had on Arkham City.
Don't forget, in Hush Batman had no idea about Thomas Elliot. This time however,...
There's 2 more videos that work as a sort of B roll footage to the demos we've seen in the past few months on the Russian page to right.
36 endings and a 100 hourish game. Well, there goes my life.
E3 looks better, but the retail version still looks fantastic. However, the E3 version has the advantage of 1080p compressed YouTube screencaps as opposed to 720p compressed retail ones. This makes it a little difficult to see how fine the clothing and environment textures are in comparison to the E3 build.
I wonder if the day one patch will make any alterations to the visuals.
