Don’t crucify me just yet; I can make a solid argument for this one if you hear me out. Admittedly, I could not bring myself to finish this game when I started a week ago to get some background for this column. It was buggy, ugly, dated, a little too misogynistic in some areas, most of the humor fell flat and…well…it was just a bad example of a video game altogether. However, what I am going to do here is ignore this egregious entry in the Duke Nukem series that has unfortunately become something of a joke. I will look into the franchise’s past and the nature of Duke Nukem Forever’s revival to build an argument for a sequel.
