Elite Subs come for free, with hardened edition I believe. Could be why.

Elite subs are free for everyone.
Hardened edition owners(like me) get the premium features of elite for "free".

When we goto register the founder card, is says we cannot do it untill after 11/13/11...

The elite app via ps3 doesnt even work, cant even connect to the server.

Actually I think it's before 13th of november to be a founder. Not after. So they better get their shit in order
