"Beyond Reasonable Doom is an enjoyable and satisfying conclusion to what has been a quirky and solid episodic adventure. The series ends as well as it began, and despite the drop in quality towards the middle, I can wholeheartedly recommend the whole series to any fan of point and click adventure games and/or British humour. It’s not the best in its genre, but it is certainly different, and very amusing to boot."
The review of the third and final episode of the series Hector: Badge of Carnage.

Justin Last: "Having enjoyed the first two installments of Badge of Carnage, it isn’t surprising that we like the final episode as well. Beyond Reasonable Doom is, expectedly, a lot like the others. Hector is still trying to save the town of Clapper’s Wreake, and aside from puzzle-solving, the big star here is the raunchy humor. It’s great to see a series come along that invokes feelings more reminiscent of Leisure Suit Larry than Space Quest."
Glad to see it came back around in the third volume.
Love the humour in this series.
