The following videoclip shows the test demo of S2Engine 1.5 version running "as it is" without post-production adjustments.
I watched it, and it looks good, but nothing I would say that blows me away. Not after playing the Crysis Demo in DX10 mode.
Unless this is supposed to help small developing teams have access to an affordable alternate Engine source, I don't really see the big deal.
cryengine2 is revolutionary, this is nothing new...and that AI looked so retarded

yeah, this is still early stuff, with chances to learn from Cryengine. It looked great but id like to see what a real dev could do with it.

some nice effects going on, but perhaps they should have hired a better animator to showcase their engine. i hope it's free. I'd like to test some effects in there.
